Once you have registered and want to proceed writing a check, you first need to add a Bank Account.
First You Login in eMailACheck, Follow these steps to set up your bank account:
Finalize Setup: Complete your profile by adding Account Holder name, Email, Holder address, account type, Bank name, Account number, Routing number, Bank branch, and State.
Note: Kindly enter same Checking Bank name and Account number as mentioned in your QuickBooks company.Once your account is set-up, you are good to send and receive checks via the eMailACheck app!

Provide Transaction Details: Fill in essential information such as payee/vendor, check date, amount, and additional relevant details.
Important: Accurately choose the appropriate Checking bank account and Expense or Account category.
This newly added check, you will find in Accounting software screen of eMailACheck, and you can send to your payee as mentioned below.
The system will automatically populate the check details previously entered in QuickBooks.
Confirm that all the information is accurate and matches the details provided during the creation in QuickBooks.
From now on, this is how you will write your checks.
